This Wailea Golf Vistas home, completed in 2006, is a beautiful fusion of contemporary and modern design. We partnered with the architect and collaborated with the owner on the design, which required devising some creative solutions to accommodate the owner's desires given the tight layout of the property. The views from every room are amazing, and one of our design partners, Michelle Wagner of Wagner Pacific Group , created the exquisite kitchen & bath design...a true masterpiece. In addition to the Italian built stairs, which are a stunning centerpiece of this incredible home, the property includes many other custom elements including a media room and extensive water features.

This home was built for out-of-state owners, as are many of our clients. We pride ourselves in our ability to stay in touch and communicate with our off-island clients. Before beginning construction on this property, which includes a 4,600 square foot main house and a cottage, we demolished and hauled away an existing structure. We then built this beautiful home to take advantage of the amazing views of the Pacific and West Maui. The design and style are very livable and complimentary to the setting with exterior multi-slide pocketing doors in the living area, and a 32-foot opening to the lanai overlooking the Infinity Edge pool and spa. We are very proud of the work that we did and think this is one of the finest homes we have had the pleasure to build.

This 6,000 square foot house, which is located in an agricultural subdivision in Lower Kula, was a great challenge for our carpenters. It has an all open beam roof form with many large beams, and miles of tongue and groove vertical grain fir for the ceilings. As you can see from the photos, the great room is huge and the ceilings are very high. The open kitchen is a chef's dream, with a custom curved island as the centerpiece. This was a remarkable project with amazing panoramic views of Haleakala, the entire Central Valley, the West Maui Mountains and the Pacific.

This home designed by Frank Skowronski of Territorial Architects, is nestled along the eastern slopes of the West Maui mountains in Maluhia, which is unbeatable on a clear day. It includes floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to keep a large family very happy. The home was built in 2000 around a beautiful pipe organ and features a great room with ceilings and other acoustical features designed to accommodate the music. The owner is a professional concert organist, and the arches incorporated into the exterior of the home are a tribute to the magnificent cathedrals he has played in throughout Europe. The exterior also features a 50-meter lap pool with a zero edge on one end to enhance the beauty of this unique home.

This custom home in the Wailea Pualani subdivision, was built in 2001. This tropical retreat is surrounded by lush landscaping and includes a pool with custom water features. The exterior of the home is stucco with a clay tile roof, and the interior finishes include wood ceilings and stained concrete in the great room. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings create a living space that is comfortable and connected to the surrounding beauty. The owners, Phil and Liz Mulligan, own and operate Pacific Audio and Communications, one of our business partners for the design and installation of audio & video systems.

This beautiful luxury condominium in Wailea Point, one of Maui’s most coveted oceanfront associations, was renovated in 2001. It was in original condition when we started and in need of a major facelift. The transformation was a collaborative effort between us, the owners and their son, and the result was a fresh modern interior full of crisp, clean lines. The focus of our work was on the kitchen and living area, and included changing all dark woods to open up the space and take advantage of the incredible surroundings.
